Due to licensing issues the event is required to finish at midnight. For over 18's only, we will be continuing to another venue.

The World Dance Masters warm up party is now legendary & has become a staple of the event. From starting unofficially in 2002 with 4 people, it has grown and grown. Previously held in the Palace Hotels very own club, Copperface Jacks, our 2011 warm up party attracted 243 people throughout the night who joined us for quizzes, games, party songs, lots of dancing - be it a bit of line, WCS or mainly just a good old boogie. With DJ Ed Lawton and hosts Jamie Whalley, Pedro Machado, Lee Easton, plus attendance by your Pros & Instructors it gives everyone the chance to socialise in a relaxed and friendly environment before a heavy weekend of dance, workshops and competition.
In 2012 we are back, bigger and better at the West Coast Rock Cafe just outside the Winter Gardens.
Entry is free, so you don't even have to be attending the weekend event to join us at the Warm Up Party! We hope you will join us and celebrate our Movies themed Worlds 2012 and help us out do last years record.
